Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you 7 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.

Please note that if items are not collected from the post office upon arrival at your destination and are subsequently returned to us, a refund will not be issued. Such items are decommissioned upon their return.

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Should you receive an incorrect item, please refrain from opening it. If the item is opened, you will be charged for the incorrectly received item. Kindly contact us so we can provide you with a prepaid envelope for its return. Please be aware that if the items are not returned, you will be charged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you by email a return shipping label. You will be charged for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products and personal care goods (such as beauty/skincare products)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund or store credit was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at PremiumSkinCarePR@gmail.com.
